Montenegrin marinas: Most yachts from USA and Croatia
- Montenegrin marinas registered significant growth of number of vessels and passengers last year - the Ministry of Tourism announced. About 2,800 foreign yachts used Montenegrin ports, which is 7.6% more than one year before. There were over 11,000 tourists on those vessels, 3.7% more than in 2008.
Most yachts arrived from the United States of America, Croatia, Italy, Great Britain, Austria, Germany, France, Slovenia, Netherlands, Scandinavian countries, Switzerland, Greece and Albania.
- Yachts were staying in Montenegrin marinas for seven days at average - it is stated in the announcement.
The ports in Montenegro also hosted 268 foreign cruising ships, which is 9.4% more than in 2008.
