Naval Box, which has bought land of 23 hectares in the North Industrial Zone in Pancevo, is to begin building a facility there next month, and the plan is for the factory to start working in the first months of 2021.
As announced earlier, Naval, a branch of the German company MK-Kliniken AG, is planning to open a line for the finalizing works on the assembly of specialized containers in the location in Pancevo without any incentives or grants.
Sasa Pavlov, the mayor of Pancevo, said for RTS, that it was an investment which would amount to EUR 70 million in the final phase and where up to a thousand new jobs would be created.
The parent company, MK-Kliniken AG, is developing a program of designing specialized transport containers which can be assembled quickly in order to form a living or working space customized in line with the clients' needs, and the Naval branch will carry out the finalizing works on the containers in Pancevo.
