Belgrade, residential complex "Panorama Dedinje" promoted, 15,000 square meters

Exceptional promotion of residential complex "Panorama Dedinje" (www.panorama-dedinje.com) was held in the Crystall hall of Hyatt hotel. There were several video beams showing films that were representing present phase of construction during two hours, whereas animations simulated appearance of interior.

This is the complex of 11 separate facilities that are located below Mačkov kamen on one side and Orthopedic Hospital on Banjica on the other side, towards Lisičiji Potok. At the moment, this project is in final phase of the construction of supporting structure and all access roads.

The complex will be located on about 15,000 square meters and it will consist of three units, each containing basement, ground floor, one floor and attic. Multistorey apartments in the facilities of type "houses in row" are six-room apartments and they are located on 200 - 250 square meters. Classical apartments in the facilities of collective residence are four-room apartments on 100 - 190 square meters. The third unit consists of "Penthouse" apartments that are three-room apartments on 80 - 170 square meters. Height of interior of the apartments of 3.3 m enables lowering of the ceiling, indirect and direct lighting and hiding of air-conditioning canals.

By the way, structure of the facility is flexible and makes it possible for future owners to adapt interior to their needs. All apartments have big balconies that contribute a lot to high quality of the apartments with their functionality and looks.

Three materials will be dominating in the design of exterior of the facility: natural stone "Struganik", picked artificial stone and copper sheet metal as roof cover.

It is expected that the apartments will appear on the market in the second half of summer 2005.
