Montenegro Expects Fair Beach Rent Prices – Mats Free After 5 PM

The company Morsko Dobro expects fair rent prices at beaches, as this should be a year of solidarity, given the coronavirus situation, the director of the company, Predrag Jelusic, announced.

– I believe that, for all those who rent out and everyone else, this is a year of lost expectations. We expect fair rent prices, as this should be a year of solidarity, given the coronavirus situation. We will be able to follow this and we hope that everyone will keep things at a reasonable level – Jelusic said on TVCG.

He said that the measure of having beach mats be free after 5 pm remained in effect.

Jelusic said that the agreements with Morsko Dobro needed to be complied with and that there was no room for improvisation, the RTCG portal reports.

The beaches, he reminded, are open beginning with Friday.

– We have come up with a set of measures. The renters will be given clear guidelines from the Public Health Institute, the measure of personal distance will be in effect, the hygiene will be at a greater level, the quality of the water will be measured a bit more intensively this year, and the analyses will be made more transparent to the citizens and the guests – Jelusic said.

According to him, it has also been agreed for the lifeguards to renew their licenses, so he believes that there are no obstacles for the summer season in Montenegro to truly begin.

The market is open for price policies, but Jelisic believes that, this year, the prices should not be higher.
