Novi Beograd, Žarko Paspalj and "Genel" to have aqua-park built in Block 44 - 6.5 million EUR

Belgrade will get another aqua park, this time in Block 44, in Novi Beograd. One of the investors is celebrated basketball player Žarko Paspalj, who will take part in realization of this project together with Novi Sad-based company “Genel”. The beginning of the construction of aqua park, in which 6.5 million EUR will be invested, is expected on April 1, 2005. Official opening of the park is expected to take place on May 25, 2006. People from Company “Mikela”, of which owners are Žarko Paspalj and Vladimir Janković, say that they have been waiting to get city planning conditions for more than year. www.genel.co.yu
