Cafe and Restaurant Owners in Belgrade Allowed to Expand Their Gardens
As he said, the previous rule was that, if the front of the garden was narrower than three meters, the owner could ask the neighboring facility to agree to have the garden expanded.
– If the width exceeded three meters, it was not allowed. We now allow everyone to ask for permission from the neighboring facility to expand the garden, regardless of the width – Vesic clarified.
He emphasized that the purpose was for as many people as possible to be able to fit inside a garden, helping abate the damage incurred in the past two months.
