Special Regime for Permits for Transport of Goods During State of Emergency Implemented
According to this decree and Article 29 of the Law on Trade, the goods in transport need to be accompanied by permits directly related to its transport, featuring: the number and the date of the permit, the corporate name, the address, the TIN and the registration number of the company or the farm (BPG), or the number from the relevant register of the sender, the recipient and the transporter (if one exists), the location and the address of the facility from and to which the goods are delivered, the names of the responsible persons of the sender and the recipient, the name of the goods and the quantity.
The special regime pertains to the way the reception of the goods is authenticated. In line with this, the sender, the recipient and the transporter (if one exists) are allowed to determine the manner of authentication by agreement.
The decree came into effect on April 14, 2020.
