– We organized home office for all our employees for whom it was possible. There are no business trips and all meetings are done via Skype or phone. For those who are not working remotely, we split the working shifts in a manner that is in accordance with the recommendations of the Government and relevant authorities. On the global level, a situation center was set up. This center monitors and announces the latest developments in all our affiliates. Also, for all our clients, partners, and wider community we issue reports about the effects of the coronavirus (COVID-19) on logistics. All locations worldwide are fully operational, and our transport services continue to run at a high level for our customers. We are in permanent coordination with the relevant authorities and have prepared appropriate emergency and continuity plans. We keep close touch with our clients, employees and partners which is essential at this time more than ever.

He reminds that the role of the big companies, in times like these is very important.

– We are the ones that path the way of progress in each society and we are the ones that need to step up in the time of crises. We have made our services available for the Government and City authorities to use for the necessary deliveries, and also donated medical necessities.

He says he spends his private time during the pandemic with his family.

– Although the situation is serious and not to be taken lightly, this is also an opportunity to spend quality time with the family. So, my family and I are doing just that, we watch movies together, cook together, do homework together, play together, etc.
