The company Voxellab, one of the 12 companies supported by the Innovation Fund, has developed a platform for quick 3D printing of the necessary components for machines and medical devices for the treatment of COVID-19 patients.

– Voxellab is ready to accept offers by hospitals and other facilities which take care of coronavirus patients and, by implementing additive production, quickly deliver spare and single-use parts for various medical devices – the Innovation Fund announced and pointed out that it was the first available solution for fighting the coronavirus pandemic.

As said, considering the current situation, local equipment and spare parts are often insufficient, and keeping in mind the measures in other countries, medical supply chains could be broken.

– The Voxellab solutions allows for the necessary parts to be customized and produced within several hours – the Fund points out.

Voxellab has been implementing and developing new technologies since 2014. They focus on 3D technology, including additive production, 3D printing, 3D scanning, 3D modeling and software development.
