State of Emergency Crisis Group in Nis Orders Employers with Over 50 Employees to Comply with the Measures or Close the Factories for 14 Days
As said in the decision, the distance between workers needs to be at least two meters, and the use of protective equipment (masks and gloves) is mandatory while staying at the production facility.
Also, measures of employees' personal hygiene and general hygiene in the premises should be raised to the highest possible level.
If the employers can't provide these conditions, they are obliged to suspend their activities for 14 days.
The execution of these measures will be controlled by the labor inspection.
