It seems that the current coronavirus crisis can't stop the popular farming mechanization company John Deere from arriving to Serbia.
As eKapija has already written
, the Novi Sad-based company KITE, the official importer of John Deere for Serbia, bought building land in the Industrial Zone North in Sremska Mitrovica last year, planning to build a distribution center for farming mechanization and secondary materials.
The construction project has just been finished and the Urban Planning Department of Sremska Mitrovica has announced its public presentation.
The urban project, whose investor is KITE, entails the construction of a distribution center and storage of agricultural mechanization in Sremska Mitrovica, on an area of 21,000 m2, in three phases.
In the first phase, an office facility, a washing facility and a guardhouse are to be built, the second phase entails the construction of a storage facility, whereas the third phase entails a facility for the purposes of an expansion of the distribution center.
The entire complex will consist of a showroom with all the accompanying facilities, a middle part meant for farming mechanization services and a third part meant for storage space.
The plan includes weak and strong electricity installations in the facility, for the purpose of lighting and charging of devices, as well as water and sewer installations and gas installations for heating purposes.
As said in the documentation, this urban project, which was prepared by the PE Urbanizam from Sremska Mitrovica, will be on a public presentation until April 15, after which the confirmation of its harmonization with the law and the planning documents is to follow.
The confirmed urban project is the basis for the issuing of location requirements, which is the first step to obtaining a building permit.
