Inception Offers Free Use of its Document Management Cloud Software

To the end of promoting work from home, encouraged by the Government of Serbia, the Belgrade-based company Inception doo is offering its cloud software solution for document management as aid to the economy.

The company explains that the ARCHILLEUS software solution is a platform for document management which has been implemented in over 150 companies, public administration, utility enterprises and the economy.

– The ARCHILLEUS system allows you to create electronic basic documentation, as well as numerous side registries (a basic case registry, list of acts, purchase invoice registry, sales invoice registry...). The system also supports mass and individual digitization of documents, electronic listing and registry of electronically signed documents with an integration of the official email addresses that companies must register at the Business Registers Agency – says Jovan Gruber, the director of Inception.

According to him, within the ARCHILLEUS system, it is possible for a legal entity to generate its electronic archive of documents, making it more easily available, while also making it secure and safe in terms of access to concrete documents.

– The system has a module for managing professional document scanners for mass digitization of the documentation – Gruber notes.

How to access platform?

After a simple filling out of the contact form at inception.rs, you will be contacted by the company's user support service in order to set the parameters and customize the system to your business operations. This is followed by user training. All these are remote procedures. Inception notes that the system setup and user training take no more than an hour.
