Sports scoreboards produced in Niš reached 50 countries worldwide - "DMV Industrijski kontrolni sistemi" won "Exporter of the Year" award

Company "DMV Industrijski kontrolni sistemi" (DMV Industrial Control Systems) in Niš is the leading manufacturer of sports scoreboards and DMV displays in Europe. It exports products to more than 50 countries worldwide, and it managed to export over 62% of production in 2009.

In addition to Europe, USA, Africa, Australia and Asia, the products from Niš will reach the markets of Laos, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore in 2010 because "DMV" plans to start more intensive export to Asia.

- Over 1,000 halls worldwide are equipped with our sports scoreboards, and our equipment was used at many big sports competitions, including Final Four Prague 2006, Asia See Games Bangkok 2007, Europe Wrestling Championship 2002, Africa Athletic Championship Qatar 2006, Balkan Athletic Championship 2007, Asia See Games Laos 2009, etc. - Dušan Šarković, the Director General of that company, told "eKapija".

Due to good export results in 2009, the Niš-based company was granted the special award by the Investment and Export Promotion Agency of Serbia (SIEPA) in the category of small and mid-sized enterprises.

As Dušan Šarković explained for "eKapija", the sports scoreboards produced in Niš-based production unit can be found in sports hall all around the world, and major buyers are from Austria, Czech Republic, Romania and Finland.

Their partners are manufacturers and distributors of sports electronics such as time measuring equipment, sports scoreboards, graphic LED displays.

In addition to multipurpose sports scoreboards, "DMV Industrijski kontrolni sistemi" also manufactures traffic LED signalization, digital clocks, advertising displays, time attendance systems, LED pharmacy cross sign, etc.

The special focus of the company in the following period will be on production of traffic LED signalization, which is necessary for construction of roads in Serbia and the region.

Šarković pointed out that that company owned the certificate of quality issued according to EN12966 standard, which is necessary condition in Europe for production of LED equipment for traffic.

"DMV Industrijski kontrolni sistemi" operates in the new facility that is owned by the company. It is completely equipped and adapted to the needs of production and development.

Šarković also told "eKapija" that the investments in procurement of measuring equipment, which was necessary for achievement and maintenance of high quality of products, was in the pipeline.

"DMV Industrijski kontrolni sistemi" also carries out engineering activities in the field of software design, making of prototypes and electronic devices design. The company was founded in 1991, and it is 100% in private possession. It currently has 30 workers, production is carried out in its own production hall at 1,000 square meters and another 3,000 square meters of outdoor space. "DMV" products bear CE sign, approved by TUV.
