Novi Sad Selling Parcel of 6,495 m2 for Construction of General City Center Worth Nearly a Billion Dinars

The Department for Building Land of the City of Novi Sad has put building land of 6,495 m2 in the city up for sale.

The parcel is located at 32 Radnicka Street and is meant for the construction of the general city center.

As said in the ad, it allows for the construction of an eight-floor building (including the ground floor), and the location is equipped with water supply, primary sewer and a power network.

The sale is to be carried out through public bidding, and the initial price of the land is RSD 933.04 million.

Applications may be made by April 28, 2020, at the premises of the Department, and the public bidding is scheduled for the next day at noon at the same address.
