Wiener Stadtische Osiguranje Enables Extension of Travel Insurance for Policy Holders Still Abroad
This is the latest in the range of exemptions that Wiener Stadtische Osiguranje has provided its policy holders with. Some of those that have been enabled are:
– All the current clients over 65 can pay the insurance premium after the state of emergency is revoked and the regular operations are reinstated, without any consequences.
– The deadlines for filing request for damages have been extended until the situation in the country is normalized.
– The filing of travel and accident insurance damages requests can be done electronically.
– Refund requests, bills for medicines and medical devices and other medical examination and treatment costs can be sent by email as a scan or a photograph.
Since last year, Wiener Stadtische has been enabling its policy holders to carry out a large part of the necessary activities through the website and mobile app thanks to its digitization projects.
These measures once again show that the health of the clients and the employees is the absolute priority of this insurance company, which encourages the elderly to stay at home and protect themselves and their health.
Since the declaration of the state of emergency in the Republic of Serbia, Wiener Stadtische Osiguranje has been complying with all the instructions and measures adopted by the Government of Serbia and the competent institutions. It continues to operate responsibly.
Wiener Stadtische Osiguranje is a member of the leading Austrian insurance company, Vienna Insurance Group (VIG), a leader in central and eastern Europe, with a tradition almost two centuries long.
