New sale of Jugoremedija – Following unsuccessful agreement, pharma factory's initial price RSD 762.7 million

The bankruptcy supervisor of Fabrika Lekova Jugoremedija has put the Zrenjanin-based pharma factory up for sale once again, this time at an initial price of RSD 762.7 million.

The most valuable pieces of property of Jugoremedija are the industrial complex – factory in Zrenjanin, the accompanying equipment, intellectual property – 24 trademarks, 28 cars, inventory and stock.

Let us remind that there have been several attempts at the sale of Jugoremedija so far, and the latest unsuccessful attempt took place in late 2019, entailing the method of direct bidding.

The board of creditors has rejected the offer made by Project One, worth RSD 470 million, and the Turkish Birgim Avrupa has also shown an interest in purchasing this factory, Vladimir Pecikoza, the chairman of the board of creditors, said for Tanjug at the time.
