First international Banat Wine Festival in Zrenjanin gathers around 80 exhibitors
The event gathered around 80 exhibitors, with over 170 competing wines and home-made products, the Provincial Government says on its website.
In addition to the traditional contest “Best Banat Wine 2020”, the event also featured a rich cultural and art program, as well as expert lectures in viticulture, winemaking and tourism.
The lectures were held by professors at the Faculty of Agriculture, prominent enologists, sommeliers and tourist workers, linking the production of wine and wine tourism. The lectures benefited both the producers and the students of the Agricultural School, who learned more about this field.
