East Point Metals LTD from Cyprus makes bid for takeover of 19.13% of shares of Valjaonica Bakra Sevojno
The company intends to acquire 123,058 shares and has offered 2.7 thousand dinars for each as a cash payment, and the offer opened today, February 4, 2020, and is valid until February 24.
This Cypriot company already owns 80.87% of the shares of Valjaonica Bakra, whereas the Republic of Serbia owns 62,546 shares (9.72%) through the Equity Fund.
As said, the company Sanskrit doo from Belgrade owns 29.3% in East Point Metals, whereas the Cypriot company owns capital in the Germany DP Handel GmbH.
