Turkish company to build big aqua park in Ulcinj – Project worth EUR 7 million

The Mayor of Ulcinj Ljoro Nrekic and the representative of Turkish company Polin Waterparks, Edin Pepic have signed a strategic partnership agreement. They signed the agreement on a long-term lease of the property in Gornji Stoj neighborhood in Ulcinj for the purpose of construction of aqua park there.

According to the statement of the Ulcinj municipality, around EUR 7 million will be invested into the construction of aqua park on the area of 26,658 m2, writes the Montenegrin portal investitor.me and B92 portal reports.

– The entire entertainment waterpark complex should be done by the start of this year's tourist season and will encompass bathing resort for kids and adults, pool with slides, pool for diving and other side features, the Municipality stated.
