Tax bills for lump-sum taxpayers in electronic form only starting this year
New entrepreneurs who pay lump-sum taxes will receive their electronic tax return forms within 48 hours from the day of the registration of a new business entity in the Serbian Business Registers Agency.
– All lump-sum taxpayers have access to their tax inboxes on the eTaxes portal where they will receive their tax return forms. Access to eTaxes portal requires qualified electronic certificate. If other person accesses the tax inbox on behalf of the taxpayer, the taxpayer is obliged to authorize the said person. Qualified electronic certificate is issued in the following Registered Authorities : Ministry of Internal Affairs, Chamber of Commerce of Serbia, national postal service of Serbia PTT, Halcom and E-Smart Systems All information on issuing and using the certificate can be found on the websites of the said authorities.One of the new additions is the calculator for determining amount of lump sum tax and contributions which is available to all on Tax Administration website (www.purs.gov.rs). By entering the required parameter values taxpayer can calculate the monthly amount of their lump sum taxes, the Tax Administration stated.
