Hypo-Alpe-Adria-Bank a.d.Belgrade has signed a contract by which it will become a participant of the program for subvension of credits for residential needs of the Government of the Republic of Serbia. By this, Hypo-Alpe-Adria is announcing the most broad, attractive and easy optainable credit offer at the market.
This contract by which relation between the state and the bank is regulated in the business of residential crediting for the citizens younger than the age of 45, was signed by the minister of financies Mladjan Dinkic, the members of the Management of Hypo-Alpe-Adrya-Bank Marcus Ferstl and Vladimir Cupic, and the director of the National Corporation for inssurance of residential credits, Aleksandar Jovic
Besides this type of crediting, Hypo-Alpe-Adrya is offering to the citizens of Belgrade, by using means from the buget of the Republic of Serbia, credits for residential needs with currency clause in euros that have a reduced interest rate, and a wholy new product - a credit with a currency clause in swiss franks (CHF) with a possibility of tranfer to euros.
In this way, Hypo-Alpe-Adria-Bank a.d.Belgrade has become the only bank at the national market which has the best and the most wide offer of residential credits, with the most attractive interest rates and the longest deadlines for repayment, even up to 30 years, by which the age limit was moved to 68 years at the moment of the last payment.
