(FBiH) Privatization of "Energopetrola" until end of March?
Majority package of stocks of the biggest federal oil company Energopetrol, in purchase of which 8 investors are interested, should, according to the plan of the Government of BiH, be privatized until the end of March 2005, when the deadline for Energopetrol to pay off banking loans or to hand over its mortgaged property to former Central Profit Banka (now HVB) expires.
The companies interested in procurement of Energopetrol are Slovenian Petrol Ljubljana and OMV Adriatic holding Koper, Croatian-Hungarian partners Ina and Mol, Bulgarian Prista Oil, British S&A capital, Turkish Doga holding A.S, and two companies from BiH - Euroinžinjering from Tuzla and Intrade from Sarajevo.
