Volkswagen preparing 34 new models for 2020

Volkswagen has prepared as many as 34 new things for 2020, six of which are electric vehicles.

In the upcoming summer, salons will see the electric ID.3, to be immediately followed by the promotion of an electric SUV, whose working title is ID.Crozz and which is expected to be named ID.4 in the serial production phase and be available in Europe, USA and China, Auto-bild reports.

It seems that numerous customers are very eager to see what the new Golf GTE will look like too. The car manufacturer has not yet come out with a full list of all the 34 new cars to be presented in 2020.

It is, however, known, that 12 vehicles will be of the SUV type, being a class of vehicles which has brought a considerable profit to Volkswagen in the past few years.

In 2019, Volkswagen realized a record-breaking operating profit, despite a slight drop in the sales of new vehicles due to the general shrinking of the new car market, but the share of Volkswagen's vehicles increased, primarily thanks to the demand and the good sales of the SUV model.
