German-Serbian Crane Installed in "Holcimu"- Cooperation of the Companies "Tecon System" and "DEMAG Cranes and Components"

German company "DEMAG Cranes and Components", the Europe's largest and one of the world leaders in manufacturing of various types of cranes, after a long break, to the Serbian market returns through a strategic partnership with New Belgrade company " Tecon System" and the Department for Mechanization of Mechanical Engineering Faculty in Belgrade and Kraljevo .

The first concrete result of cooperation is formally commissioning of the portal crane, installed in the new cement facility "Holcim" in Novi Popovac Paracin.

- In addition to the construction, "DEMAG" the first complete production of steel girders boxes entrusted to our company, which is a confirmation of personnel, technical and production performance of the Serbian partner - said Mr. Zoran Petrovic from Tecon System.

- When making crane carriers, surveillance jointly carried out the German and domestic experts and concluded that the accuracy of production far beyond the rules prescribed tolerance, and deviations that are prescribed by internal factory standard. It was the first applied and optimization methods specifically developed for the calculation of structural steel, which is realized in material savings of about 14% - says Mr. Petrovic.

Almost half of the components for the crane-the firstborn is of domestic origin, it is completely made in the workshops "Tecon System", the users were also mounted by the workers of Tecon, and the entire job was executed in record time of month.

- The first crane, which jointly produce the user to install in cooperation with the company, "DEMAG" the quality and technical performance in anything not behind the same, which is produced in factories in Germany, and the import is cheaper by at least 30% - said Mr. Petrovic and added that the mass of the crane is 12 tons, which is almost 15% lower than competitive solutions, and less demand on the construction of which is mounted.

Crane is with two pillars, with a footpath, a span of 22 meters. Lift the burden is six meters, speed up to 30 m / min, and the speed of the wheelchair winch up to 25 m / min. It is intended for servicing of construction machinery and special vehicles that use "Holcim Cement" in Popovac.
