Stock of company "Asseco South Eastern Europe" on Warsaw Stock Exchange - takeover of four companies announced

The stocks of company "Asseco South Eastern Europe" ("Asseco SEE") were ranked on the Warsaw Stock Exchange for the first time on October 28th, 2009, under the name of ASSECOSEE, while their symbol will be ASE.

The company earned over 6m EUR through public offer for qualified investors and sale of 2.1m stocks from L series at the price of 3.3 EUR per stock.

Also, the company has recently obtained investment of 15m EUR from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), and the bank has become the owner of 4,810,880 stocks from M series. In addition, EBRD promised to grant additional loan of 7m EUR to the company.

"Asseco SEE" will use the collected funds of 28m EUR to finance further acquisitions by the end of the year. In the near future, Asseco SEE plans to buy four companies with complementary products and geographic locations, which operate in the markets of Romania, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania and Turkey.

Members of "Asseco South Eastern Europe" Group in Serbia are IT companies "Antegra", "Cardinfo" and "Pexim".



- The current situation in the market makes companies even more interested in cooperation with us, as well as in sale of their control packages of stocks - said Piotr Jelenski, the President of "Asseco SEE" Group.

"Asseco SEE" is the last in the series of publicly listed companies on the stock exchange that belong to "Asseco" Group. In addition to the cluster in the Balkans, the Warsaw Stock Exchange also includes the stocks of "Asseco Poland (ACP), Asseco Slovakia (ACS) and Asseco Business Solutions (ABS).
