United Group, the leading TC and media operator in Southeast Europe, announced today that it has reached an agreement on the purchase of Vivacom, the largest operator in Bulgaria.

The purchase of the Bulgarian operator will be realized through a credit and United Group's own funds.

Vivacom has 1.8 million users and is the first TC company in Bulgaria to provide advanced services such as optical internet, mobile telephony and digital TV to private and business users.
