Luka Viva selling restaurant with accommodation facilities in Beocin and mixed goods store in Subotica
The property is split into three lots. The first lot consists of facilities in Subotica, namely, a facility adapted for a mixed goods store, a family residential facility and a bathroom and a boiler room at the initial price of RSD 5,739,242.84.
The second lot consists of a facility which used to be a restaurant, along with the “Sunce” accommodation facility with rooms for overnight stay, as well as a building under construction. The initial price for both these pieces of real estate, located in Beocin, is RSD 16,605,258.56.
The third lot consists of land near the Novi Sad-Beocin-Croatian border highway, with the initial price of RSD 8,358,614.43.
Public bidding will be held on December 6, 2019.
