Organization of Milošev konak to follow – construction of hotel in the pipeline

If restaurant "Milošev konak" obtains all necessary permits, it should be transformed into luxurious hotel with the swimming pool, gym, outdoor and indoor restaurant, beer store and folk art store. In a part of the Topčider park, in the vicinity of "Konak", Živojin Šarić, owner and director of "Konak", planned to have toboggans and similar toys for children installed, as well as to turn park’s pool into the swimming pool and have heaters placed in it.

The prerequisites for all this are permits and agreement of the official agencies, which should be issued to company "Knin komerc" – the investor of construction and vocational works.

The hotel should have about 16 luxurious two-bed suites 36 square meters big, as well as one presidential suite of 73 square meters. The conference hall (112 square meters) should be built in the vicinity, as well as recreation center (about 150 square meters).
