Marina "Bar" to Lithuanians - "Multi Capital" as first-ranked bidder on tender for sale of 54.34% of stocks
- Lithuanian-Latvian consortium "Multi Capital Marina" from Riga is the first-ranked bidder on the tender for sale of 54.34% of stocks of Marina "Bar" - the Tender committee announced.
The second-ranked bidder is Russian consortium led by current tenant "Expert Marine", while Podgorica-based company "Bemax" ranks third.
The first-ranked bidder offers 2.2m EUR for the state-owned share in "Marina", and it plans to invest 12.2m EUR in the company. They have offered the fixed fee of 122,000 EUR and the variable fee of 5.2 EUR per meter of coast for annual concession.
Russian consortium offers 1m EUR for stocks and 11.57m EUR for investments, with the fixed concession fee of 150,000 EUR per year, plus variable fee of 10 EUR per meter of coast.
"Bemax" has offered 554,880 EUR for stocks and 6.72m EUR worth of investments, annual concession fee of 50,000 EUR, with the variable fee of 6 EUR per meter of coast.
