Tehnohemija put up for sale again

The Ministry of Economy has once again invited bids for the purchase of the chemical company Tehnohemija from Belgrade, after the previous invitation fell through as there had been no bidders.

The subject of the sale is a share package of 480,326 shares making up 46.8819% of the total issue.

According to a report by the authorized valuer, the total value of the capital on the date of December 31, 2018, is estimated at EUR 16,568,035.13.

The initial price at this public bidding is one half of the estimated value of the capital offered, as of December 31, 2018, that is, EUR 3,883,705.

The bid submission deadline is November 1, 2019.

The company was founded back in 1951 as an industrial service for the supply of protective working equipment and hydroinsulation products.

For decades, it has been the leading supplier for the construction, metal and textile industries, stores and public companies.
