HOW Festival to gather over 500 hotel industry experts

The largest regional conference of hotel managers, HOW (Hotel Operations Weekend) Festival, which is to be held this year in Porec, between October 16 and 18, will gather numerous international and regional experts from the field of hotel management and related industries.

At this third conference, over 500 participants will get to learn about international trends in hotel operations and examples of good practices. Among the speakers are Luc Gesvert, Chief Top Line Officer at Accor Eastern Europe AccorHotels, and Hector Pliego, Area Director of Operations at Eastern Europe Marriott International, and the panels will feature two hotel managers in Serbia, Adriana Dokmanovic, Housekeeping Manager at Saint Ten Hotel Belgrade, and Marija Lekic, Learning and Development Manager at Mona Hotel Management. Adriana won the Hotel Housekeeping Manager Award in 2019, and Marija specializes in training hotel workers in Serbia and abroad.

The conference will also be attended by Mireille Jakobsen, Group Responsible Hotel Manager at BC Hospitality Group, Robert Kimpton, Global Director at Hotels Schneider Electric, Cahit Sahin, General Manager at Montgomerie Maxx Royal Golf Club, Regis Morin, Head of Revenue at Point A Hotels by Queensway Group, Katarina Larisa Ham, Founder and licensee at Quintessentially Adriatic, and many others.
