Building of Hotel Putnik in Prijepolje up for sale – Value estimated at RSD 106.5 million
As said in the text of the tender, the subject of the sale is the two-story building of Hotel Putnik, with a net area of 4,770.66 m2, as well as the accompanying pools and sports courts.
Of the movable property, the offer includes kitchen equipment, furniture, small inventory, scrap iron and wood and two motor vehicles.
The 2-ha plot of land where these facilities are located is not included in the offer and remains state property, the ad says.
The bid submission deadline is October 29, at noon, and the public opening of the bids will take place on the same date, 15 minutes later.
Let us remind that, at the previous attempt at a sale, the offer included, in addition to the hotel building, the hospitality facility – Cultural Center, the Museum of Yugoslav Pioneers and Youth at the Memorial Complex Bosko Buha, pavilions and mansions for the accommodation of guests.
However, the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency gave up on the sale of the Bosko Buha complex, which was given the status of an immovable good of extraordinary importance by the decision of the National Assembly of the Federal Republic of Serbia in 1987, banning all works which might in any way damage it.
Putnik Prijepolje has been in bankruptcy since 2010.
