Aiming to carry out a strategy of disinvestment of its shopping center portfolio, Mercator Group has opened an invitation to investors interested in buying shopping centers in Croatia, B&H and Serbia. Letters of intent may be sent by October 4.

- TC Mercator Mostar,
- TC Mercator Tuzla,
- TC Mercator Dobrinja Sarajevo,
- TC Novi Mall Alipašino Polje Sarajevo.
- TC Super Konzum Radnička Zagreb,
- TC Salona Mall Solin,
- TC K centar Fiume Rijeka,
- TC K centar Šijana Pula
Potential investors are offered an opportunity to invest with returns realized through a long-term stable rent income and the possibility of a further development of the facilities in line with the construction requirements in each individual location.
