Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB) has decided to sell Hotel Tara in Becici and the Magnolija Mansions and opened an invitation for non-binding bids.
NLB Ljubljana and NLB Interfinanz AG Zurich, the sole owners of the company Tara Hotel doo Budva, invite all interested parties to submit non-binding bids for the purchase of a 100% ownership share in the company.
This is the first invitation, and once the non-binding bids are sent, further steps in the sale process will be decided on, Bankar.me reports.
Tara Hotel doo is a member of NLB group, and the Swiss bank NLB Interfinanz AG has an 86.05% capital share in the company, whereas 12.71% is owned by NLB Ljubljana and 1.24% is owned by the Montenegrin branch NLB Banja.
Tara Hotel doo fully owns the real estate that is the subject of the sale, consisting of an equipped hotel with the accompanying land.
Hotel Tara and the Magnolija Mansions are located on the exclusive parcels which have been put up for sale.
Hotel Tara was built in 1970 and reconstructed in 2012. It is categorized as a 4-star hotel and has a spa center.
The 10 Magnolija mansions are located on another parcel of 9,500 m2, featuring 68 rooms, with a total capacity of 174 beds.
According to the new planning documentation, the mansions can be torn down and a facility of up to 6 floors with a maximum of 31,000 m2 of new space, without a basement or garages, can be built in the location.
