Nis to get another shopping center and furniture department store
The Office says that the shopping center should be built by the company Supernova MTK, which already owns a parcel for this purpose. The urban project is currently being prepared.
– Supernova MTK Center is an Austrian real estate company which specializes in investments in the development and management of shopping centers and retail parks in Central and Southeast Europe. So far, they've realized 105 large projects in Austria, Slovakia and Slovenia – the Office says.
They add that the company XXXL Lesnina &Momaks is even closer to the construction of the business-commercial facility of around 30,000 m2 on the parcel north of the EKO has station and that the construction is planned for the next year.
– The urban project has been prepared and confirmed, and the investor is working on preparing the beginning of the realization of the investment in Nis – the Office adds.
The expected value of the investment is EUR 15 million.
They remind that this company has had the same facility in Novi Sad as well since May and that the opening is expected in Belgrade too.
