State selling JAT Tehnika again – Initial price EUR 10.24 million
The plan is to sell 99.3834% of the total capital of JAT Tehnika, primarily owned by the Republic of Serbia, and those interested may apply by October 4, 2019, at 3 pm.
The subject of the sale is a share of 95.4093% of the total capital of the subject of the privatization owned by the Republic of Serbia, a share of 2.7273% of the total capital owned by the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund, a share of 1.0804% owned by the National Health Insurance Fund and a share of 0.1574% owned by the National Employment Service.
The offer also includes a share of 0.6256% of the capital owned by the local self-government, the Municipality of Pecinci, the City of Pancevo, the Municipality of Alibunar, the Municipality of Kovin, the City of Vrsac and the Municipality of Arandjelovac.
The sale of JAT Tehnika in July 2019 was pronounced unsuccessful as there were no bids.
The initial price at the time amounted to EUR 20.5 million.
