Construction of water supply system in Ljuba begins – Works in Molovin as well from 2020

The capital project of the construction of the water supply system in Ljuba has begun. The works involving heavy mechanization for the installation of a water tower near the football court are in progress. The funds for the realization of this project were provided by the Provincial Secretariat for Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry (RSD 20 million) and the Municipality of Sid (RSD 14 million).

The job was given to the group of bidders consisting of Bulevar Coop from Novi Sad and Sremplan from Sremska Mitrovica.

– Thanks to the good cooperation with the institutions of Vojvodina, primarily the Provincial Secretariat for Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry, the Municipality of Sid has managed to build water supply systems in Sot, Bikic and Privina Glaca. The works are now beginning on the construction of a water supply system in Ljuba, which will be completed by mid-October, and in 2020, by the end of the mandate, the issue of water supply in Molovin will be solved as well, which means that all the populated places in the Sid municipality will have their water supply problem solved – the Municipality of Sid says on its website.
