The southernmost town in Croatia, Cavtat, is preparing for a large tourism investment – the construction of an Aman resort.
Thanks to the positive example of Montenegro and the progress initiated by Aman Sveti Stefan, an investment is coming to Croatia as well. Aman Cavtat, worth EUR 50 million, whose construction will start in late 2019, will mark a big turning point for the tourism of Croatia, but also the Balkans on the whole.
The Aman Sveti Stefan resort in Montenegro has raised the level of its hospitality activities, showing how responsibility and respect for the environment one operates in can prove that a well designed and executed project can create hundreds, even thousands of jobs for the local populace, while also attracting new investments.
Foreign investments now account for more than 30% of the Montenegrin GDP, primarily thanks to the tourism, but also the state, which has created a food investment climate for foreign investors.
Aman Resorts International was founded in Singapore in 1988.
