Krusevac to get Shopping Park in September

On September 5, 2019, Krusevac will join the increasing number of cities in Serbia with shopping parks. This is the first Shoping Park in Krusevac and its area, and the investment is worth around EUR 12 million and will help create 250 new jobs.

The total developed area for outlets amounts to 9,000 m2 and can be expanded in the second phase of the project. An excellent combination of international and local brands will present their offer in 17 outlets, some of which will become available in Krusevac and its area for the first time, the company Nepi Rockcastle announced.

The retail park is located in the southern part of Krusevac, at 3 Krfska Street, at the intersection of Kneza Milosa Street and the Brus Road, a regional road which leads to the Kopaonik mountain, and only 25 kilometers away from the state highway. The 45-minute radius area has 300,000 residents, who will benefit from the affordable prices at the shopping park.

The Krusevac Shopping Park is characterized by excellent visibility and accessibility and is easily reachable by car or public transport, and the spacious parking lot offers close to 300 parking spaces. Its offer will include a wide range of brands, some of which will become available in Krusevac for the first time, such as LC Waikiki, Vulkan an CCC, but also the well known Sport Vision, Planeta Sport, Legend and Lilly, which should meet a wide range of needs for the residents of Krusevac and the entire Rasina District.

The works on the facilities within Krusevac Shopping Park were completed in mid-July, and the external areas are currently being developed. As is well known, Nepi Rockcastle's portfolio in Serbia includes the Kragujevac Plaza Shopping Center (GLA 22,292 m2) and the Novi Sad Promenada Shopping Center (GLA 49,000 m2), the largest shopping center in Serbia.

A retail chain which will make the food product offer more complete is located in the proximity of the shopping park.
