Tendering procedure for reconstruction of south and west facades of Vladicanski Dvor in Novi Sad

The Institute for Protection of Cultural Monuments has opened a tender for the first phase of the conservation and restoration works within the reconstruction of the south and the west facades of Vladicanski Dvor (Bishop's Palace) of the Orthodox Eparchy of the Backa District in Novi Sad.

As said in the text, the reconstruction entails preparatory and finishing works, removal works, masonry works, sheet metal works, carpentry works and insulation works, stoneworks, painting and other works.

The deadline for the completion of the works is 120 days from the possession of the site.

As this is a facility of special historical and architectural importance, it is emphasized that all the works need to be carried out carefully.

The bid submission deadline is August 14, 2019, at 9 am, whereas the public opening of the bids will take place on the same date at 2 pm.
