State share in Grocka-based yarn manufacturer Dunav up for sale – Initial price EUR 849,000, capital evaluated at EUR 3.5 million

The Ministry of Economy has put the state share in the Grocka-based company Dunav ad up for sale at the initial price of EUR 849,000, it was announced on July 11, 2019.
The National Equity Fund owns a 24.5% stake in this yarn manufacturer, whose total capital was evaluated at EUR 3.5 million at the end of 2018.
The sale will be carried out through a public collection of bids and a public auction. Application is open until July 29, and the opening of bids and the public auction have been scheduled for July 31, 2019.
