Telekom Slovenije to sell branch office in Kosovo
Telekom Slovenije became the sole owner of Ipko last year after acquiring 7% of the company still held by minority shareholders.
In mid-March 2018, it provided it with a EUR 15 million capital increase.
The decision is in accordance with Telekom Slovenije group’s strategy for the 2019–2023 period, which also includes the possibility of further consolidation through expansion or disinvestment in the markets where the group operates.
As said, IPKO Telecommunications LLC is the leading provider of broadband connections and second largest mobile provider in Kosovo.
