New mortgage loans in Novosadska banka

Novosadska banka, a member of Erste group, offered new mortgage loans of 10,000-100,000 EUR with effective interest rate of 8.24% on annual basis. The condition for obtaining of the loan is payment of downpayment of 20% of total amount of approved means. The repayment period is 20 years. The insurance means are blank note, 3 credit-worthy endorsers and mortgage on real estate of the first class.
