CBRE wins big at the CEEQA Awards in Warsaw

CBRE, the world’s largest real estate advisory firm was last week awarded two awards at the prestigious CEEQ awards in Warsaw, Poland.

The Central and Eastern European Real Estate Quality Awards (CEEQA) are widely recognised as the largest and most trusted annual industry recognition for achievements in commercial real estate investment and development, honouring the best buildings, companies and industry professionals.

Over 900 leading industry professionals joined in Warsaw for the event, including Andrew Peirson, Bosko Tomasevic and Uros Grujic from CBRE’s office in Belgrade, where Bosko and Uros picked up awards for Best Office Agency Team and Best Capital Markets Team respectively.

They were joined by colleagues from Vienna, Prague, Warsaw, Budapest, Bucharest and Bratislava to pick up the awards, cementing CBRE’s market-leading position in CEE, and the only international real estate firm operating in Belgrade and the whole of South Eastern Europe.

– Winning of the prestigious CEEQA award, second year in the row, is a great achievement for CBRE, as we are recognized by clients and colleagues to be the best in class real estate providers. This award clearly confirms our Office Agency’s leading position in the region. It is also our responsibility to keep up the good work and make sure that we are delivering the best solutions for our clients – commented Bosko Tomasevic, who oversees the Advisory & Transaction business for CBRE.

– We are delighted to be receiving this award for the second year straight which further cements our position as the leading advisor for investment services in the CEE region. Our entity covering the SEE region from Belgrade has been the leader in this region for the past 5 years therefore we are delighted to have been able to contribute to the CEE success and look forward to the years ahead which are anticipated to be in line with the current trends – commented Uros Grujic, who oversees the Capital Markets Group for CBRE.
