Ministry of Economy to sell 582 shares of Central Vrbas

The Ministry of Economy has decided to sell 582 shares owned by the Shareholders Fund at the Vrbas-based company Central.

The procedure will be carried out on the securities market, the Ministry of Economy announced.

The company also owns Hotel Backa in the center of Vrbas. According to the data from the Belgrade Stock Exchange, the hotel has 3,165 m2 and employs 20 workers.

This public JSC also owns restaurants in Vrbas, Zmajevo and Backo Dobro Polje.

The company owns 102,308 shares, and the general meeting is scheduled for May 30, 2019.
