Construction of first 5-star hotel at Slovenska Plaza begins – EUR 35 million to be invested in Falcons
The Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism previously issued the building permit for the luxury hotel to the company owned by Sergej Scepanovic.
The rough construction works are carried out by the Podgorica-based company Bemax and the investors claim that they have already started negotiating with several foreign hotel chains, allegedly interested in the 250-room hotel.
The plan is for 200 workers to be employed at the hotel.
The hotel has a gross building area of 20,652 m2, distributed across three multi-storey units.
The building permit reads that the luxury complex consists of five separate functional wholes. The plan is for the ground floor to feature numerous elite outlets, and in addition to several restaurants, a congress center with three large rooms will be available as well.
