(New Porsche Carrera 911)
Sigit Serbia, headquartered in Kragujevac, has commenced the serial production of plastic components for Germany's luxury and sports car brand Porsche, for their latest Carrera 911, Cayenne and J1 models, the latter being the car manufacturer's new electric vehicle, Danas writes.
– After
thorough preparations, we have commenced the serial production for Porsche and we are already delivering components for their models. This year's production for Porsche at out company should reach the agreed value of 3 to 5 million dinars. We still expect, of course, for the volume and the value of the production for the German company to increase with time, just as we are sure that the scope of our cooperation with our main partner, Fiat, will grow in the upcoming period – said the director of Sigit Serbia, Davor Velickovski.
Sigit Serbia is the main supplier of Fiat with plastic components. Sigit also cooperates with Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Land Rover and other large car manufacturers.
Sigit Serbia, as Danas emphasizes, is considered one of the best companies within the Sigit Group and has around 220 employees.
