On the second day of the Sarajevo Business Forum, Avaz Group presented its next investments project – Avaz Ski Tower, worth EUR 100 million.

As the director of marketing at Avaz, Sead Numanovic, told eKapija, the documentation is prepared, as are the urban planning approval and the construction permit, so they expect the construction to start very soon.

– We are now preparing the site, because, in addition to the parcels we have, we have also bought additional land in the neighborhood of the existing Avaz tower. I expect the works to start very soon – Numanovic said, without specifying the exact date.

As he says, the money is ready, the investor is Avaz and they are prepared to carry out the project alone, but they also want to find a strong co-investor. The design was prepared by ADS Studio from Sarajevo.

– This tower, with all the features around it, would make for a unique, multifunctional condominium. The plan is for the tower to feature office space, apartments for sale, a hotel and a rotating restaurant on the roof. The ground floor would feature a shopping center with outlets of up to 60 m2. A garage with 500 parking spaces behind the tower is also planned – Numanovic explained.

Numanovic told eKapija that those were not the only plans of Avaz for investments in real estate, as they have another 40,000 m2 of space around Radon Plaza, where they would also raise buildings, which is still in the planning stage.
