Deadline for privatization of printed media – April 23, 2006

Privatization Agency of Republic of Serbia has announced that the representatives of printed media from Serbia, of which founders are local self-managements, representatives of authorized ministries, as well as the representatives of municipalities founders, held the meeting whose conclusion was that the deadline for privatization of printed media in Serbia was April 23, 2006.

On the basis of regulation from the Law on Information, the printed media, of which founder is Republic of Serbia, an organ of local self-management or territorial autonomy, that are not privatized before the deadline will be closed.
