Grand Park Hotel opens in Rovinj – Investment worth around EUR 90 million

Grand Park Hotel, one of the biggest tourist investments in Croatia, has been opened in Rovinj.

Croatia’s Adris grupa has thus finished the refurbishment of one of the most luxurious tourist areas in Adriatic Croatia, Monte Mulini, by investing a total of 1.5 billion Croatian kunas (around EUR 200 million), the company stated.

The tourist area, which is in the vicinity of old city center in Rovinj, includes boutique Hotel Monte Mulini built according to the highest standards and Lone, the first design hotel in Croatia as well the recently renovated Hotel Eden. Close by are also the walkway and Mulini Beach, Seebiz portal reports.

The majority of the investment had gone into the Grand Park Hotel Rovinj, the construction of which started back in 2017. It is the largest single investment Adris grupa has made in the tourism section worth around HRK 700 million (or EUR 90 million) while the hotel was declared a strategic project of the Government of Croatia.


Adris grupa stated that both the best domestic and foreign architects and designers have been assigned to the project. The new hotel has created around three hundred jobs and all the employees went through months-long intensive training process.
